Tee Time Booking Policies

Thanks for booking your tee time on our website. The following policies and procedures are in effect and the policies herein are enforced. We have designed our policies to accommodate a smooth and fast booking. There is no fee for booking on our website. We look forward to having you as a guest at the Lima Golf & Country Club offering 2 Championship Courses.  Home of the Charlston Pines and Island Oaks course. Enjoy your round.

All fees are due upon arrival at the course.

Tee Times can be booked maximum of (30) Thirty days out.

No single player bookings.

Twosomes may be paired by LCC during high traffic periods.

POLICIES
 

GOLF SHOE - Metal Spikes not allowed.

DRESS CODE - No tank tops without a collar allowed.

FOOD/BEVERAGE - Coolers, ice chests, picnic baskets or outside food/beverages are not permitted on LCC property.

Maximum of five tee times to any person or group.

Six tee times or more constitutes an outing and needs a written contract with deposits
 

Mandatory Carts

When booking weekends and holidays before 10:30 at Island Oaks Course.

Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or make changes to a tee time. You may do this during daylight hours either in person or over the phone by calling 1-888-530-1491 o 585-624-1490.
